Sleepout or new layout

I need a registered LBP to quote on two jobs as follows - Job 1: build a 24sqm (approx) self contained sleepout onto the rear of a double garage. An existing pergola attached to the garage will need to be relocated and installed elsewhere on the property. The bifold door in the rear wall of the garage will need to be removed and installed in the side wall of the garage. The rear wall of the garage will then need reframing to accommodate the sleepout. An internal wall will need to be built inside the garage to create a small studio that will need lining. The garage will need a new roller door. Probably reclad garage to match the extension. Job 2: Kitchen - bathroom - dining - lounge - one bedroom. Remove some internal loadbearing walls, remove an old chimney then build a new entrance and erect new internal walls to reconfigure open plan living plus an extended bathroom and a relined bedroom with a new wardrobe. There will probably be a bit of recladding around the new entrance.
