We would like to convert our existing internal garaging into a family room with a small bathroom attached. Then continue the roofline off the existing garaging for an internal double garage 7x7metres. The house was built in 2008 and is hardy plank exterior. I'm looking for a draftsman to draw up our plans and then we will be looking for quotes to have the job done.
