Needing a quote for high moisture readings

We are in the process of buying a house and we've had a building inspection done that has revealed some high moisture readings in the roof and in the ceiling of one of the bathrooms. We are looking for a builder to inspect the damage and give us a quote for repair before the sale becomes unconditional.

We used Chris to do a quote for us. Turns out that the work we thought we needed doing, didn't need to be done so we didn't end up going through with the job. The quote was free and Chris' commutation was fantastic. I will come back to Chris in the future when we need building work done.
