Separation of Rafter from Ridge Board

We are selling a house and a building inspection report has picked up on some rafter separation from the ridge board. We require a written scope to repair/strengthen and a quote to complete the work. It is single story 1960s brick home with long run metal roof and there are no signs of issue other than the minor gap between to rafter and ridge board. It affects only some rafters, not all. May be poor install. No other signs of affects of these gaps can be soon on walls. Photos attached are from the building inspection report. Also one purlin identified as rotten and to be replaced.
