Job description
Hi, Am planning to make a 30m2 sleepout at my property. Understand this meets the councils requirements and wont require a building consent and more. Keen to get some design and build co --- this project. Design briefs: * size to suit council requirements * FFL above ground might be around 600mm due to slopping site. COS * Maybe pole foundation system with timber flooring * Timber Shadowclad cladding * Powder coated aluminium Joinery * Coloursteel roofing * Inside form partions for Masterbedroom, study and walk in closet only including doors. No bathroom. * Include for lightings. Please ignore the deck ontop. That is part of a later stage an d under consent process. Please forward cost and proposal and also state start & completion date.
