We have a few odd building jobs to be done on a rental property: 1. New External Door fitted 2. A few rotten T&G flooring boards to be replaced in bathroom/bedroom 3. Wall Gib board to be repaired in bedroom Prefer Labour only as have accounts with ITM and will supply what is needed.
