Get house up to rental standard

We've got a 3 bedroom house we're wanting to rent out but it needs a bunch of little jobs, to bring it up to standard. Rangehood, bathroom extractor fan, new gate, stairs replaced, floor in bathroom and kitchen needs floor leveler applied and vinyl floor boards to be laid. Potentially roof barge boards replaced. We move out in the last week of May. Hoping to get the work done close to the time so it's ready for tenants to take over.
