Refer picture, difficult to know the extend of the rot at this stage but after some poking and prodding it seems the 2 bottom boards may both be affected. The ends of the weatherboards are covered by a vertical plank, distance between the two planks is 2960mm across. Weatherboards are around 180mm in height. Looking for quotes to repair/replace these weatherboards.
