Builder needed for laundry renovation: 1. Install new ply floor in laundry. 2. Plane , buzz and pack to straighten walls (house is 40+ years old) before lining with new gib. 3. Install new windowsill and architraves around windows and doors. Room is approx. 2m by 2m with 2.4m stud. Room is completely stripped, ready to go and existing floor has been removed. Sub floor may require minimal prep work but most has been done. Husband on hand to assist with gib installation, and to re-instate wall insulation. All building materials will be on site. Builder required next week.
