Assess and repair water-damaged walls. Patch crack in ceiling panel.

Overflowed internal guttering has caused water damage visible on internal walls. Unsure of the extent of the damage and what it will take to repair. There is some black mold present and a small section of the ceiling trim appears to be rotting. In the ceiling space there seems to be some black mould on the panels also. We need someone to assess and advise on the extent of the damage and perform necessary repairs depending on costs. Also need a crack in the ceiling panels patched for painting. The attached pictures don't show a lot.
