Structural Wall Removal

Wanting to remove wall but to keep the top part (inline with existing archway - shown with green line in picture) to stay in place. Currently there is an oven, stove-top and range-hood against this wall, and is going to be removed prior to the job occurring. Will possibly require beam been put into the roof, for structural integrity.
