Small job - internal wall needed to divide a garage in half

8m x 2.8m high wall needed to divide a 4 car garage in half, wall to wall, concrete floor to ceiling. Just framed and gibbed on one side, gib stopping not required as it’s just for a garage and we’ve got a tight budget. This is a job my husband can do this weekend but if we can get a good price from a builder then we’ll use them instead. A couple of things - the wall would be just to the left of the man hole so that’s not in the way. We could have materials delivered ourselves if it would save cost. Sadly I have no idea, but hoping this would be a 3 hour or less job for a builder so that’s what I’ve estimated on. And lastly, if you could give an estimation without needing an onsite visit, that would be preferred. Photos attached. Thanks in advance!
