New toilet in existing building

I need to have an additional toilet at my natural health clinic. The plan is to create a space in an existing office with putting up 2 walls upto the ceiling and a door which will contain a new toilet 2.2mX1.4m, with batts insulation. Walls to be painted to exisitng colours.
