Sleep Out Roof Repair

I have a rental property in Hamilton and the sleep out roof lining has fallen down due to water leaking from the roof. I've been told the roof might need to be re-pitched to stop it happening again in the future but I'm not sure I can afford it/if it's worth it for such a small area. So I'd like to know the cost of simply repairing the roof lining and leaving the pitch as is, the cost of repairing and re-pitching and the cost of demoing the sleep out. Please note, it is a rental property so you'd need to contact the property manager to arrange a suitable time to visit.
