Level/prepare ceiling for Gib board

Need a builder to level the existing ceiling in my apartment so I can install gib on the ceiling. Part of the job requires a board to be attached to an existing wall. I will cut the Gib away to prep this. Will also need some support boards added to ensure boards are 1200mm apart. All the work is pretty straight forward. All the wood needed will be on site. The apartment floor space is approximately 60m2 Will have other jobs added shortly.
