I have a design for a 60m2 dwellling on the back of my current property which I am wanting quoted for the complete build. The construction is on a concrete pad with corrugated iron cladding. Interior lining is mostly plywood. The quote should include the entire job including plumbing electical work etc. Complete draftsman's plans and Geotech plans are available and building consent process is currently underway.
