Builder required for house extension. Walk in wardrobe and ensuite on concrete floor, colour steel roof. House built in 1997. Single level home, construction area flat and obstruction free. Plans being submitted to council before Christmas 2017. Hoping to get consent Jan/Feb 2018 for immediate start on construction. Plumbing and electrician tradies connections appreciated but can be sourced separately.
