convert exisitng 100m2 into garage into an 'auxillary dwelling' - take off galvenising to create firewalls then put back on, add batts and gib top walls and ceiling, add bathroom, couple of internal walls, kitchen (cheap premade), insert huge windows and bifolds, liase with designer. Prefer labour only I think. Am not constrained by time, can be done as and when over next 6-12 months. I have a plumber and an electrician. Don't need quote, more keen to find someone I can work with. Questions?
