Cover front door

Hardiplank board above front door (ranch-slider) is crumbling and needs replacement. Also, flashing above it is poorly fitted and needs fixing. Would like a quote to install a canopy or pergola to protect the front door - gable end of house has no eaves so too exposed to weather. Took week off to paint house so some urgency.
