Internal door installation

I have a hallway door that needs hinges and handle put back on (dont have a router) then re installed. Hinges and handle is all there plus the new door. I have been advised the door is only primer and will probably need sand and paint. I have been quoted 180+gst just to get hinges and handle put on and extra 100 for sand and paint. Looking for quotes or anyone that could do this cheaper with prices with and without the paint, thanks😊
