We have a 1920's bungalow in need of some TLC. Stage one is to extend the kitchen lean to 1 meter under the existing roof, replace windows and door fit a skylight and to reclad. We will remove all old windows, weatherboards, and the door prior to work commencing. We also will supply the new windows, skylight, door and cladding (shadowclad) We just wish to get it weathertight at this stage. The builder chosen will have the opportunity to continue with this project, and other projects we have with our other two properties
