Build master suite and create new kitchen

Bedroom, ensuite and WIR connected to main house by a breezeway - new extension. Alterations to current house - create new kitchen in existing bedroom, and alter old kitchen to create external access. Already been working on this with architect for a couple of years - keen to get it done! Resource consent nearly through.
