Renovations/Builder/Project Manager

Kia ora, I am looking for a builder to handle my home renovations. I want to renovate the bathroom and kitchen and re-pile under that area of the house, so would be easier to do it all at once. I also want to replace some of the exterior parts such as weather boards and windows, change the entry to the house and put a toilet in at the other end of the house. I have finance approved and need quotes to provide the bank. I have drawn up a rough plan of the changes I want.
