Extension & Renovation

This is a 3 phase project. Phase 1 is relatively simple. To build a sleep out in an existing garage. Includes creating an external door,, electrical wiring etc. Phase 2. Is to build an extension on an existing unit. (Approx 2mtrs), to relocate the existing shower, wash basin & toilet into the extension & install a small kitchenette. Phase 3. To renovate decking, remodel kitchen & dining. Consider including a third bedroom.. If you are considering applying it would be ideal if you had the services of an innovative & reliable draftsperson or architect. Be familiar with Consent process re the relocation of existing ablutions an Kitchenette. Looking to begin phase 1 & 2 early in the New Year. 2022. Looking to begin phase 3 in 2022 as well.
