A1 Home renovation

We have a Lovely well maintained 3 bedroom A1 home at Okitu that needs a new kitchen, bathroom, replacement of small windows into large sliding doors, painting of wall stain to white and decking right around the house. In replacing the kitchen, we need a wall taken out. Happy to consider components of this work separately if preferred.
