First Home Build

I currently have a conditional offer on a section in Gisborne and am looking at building my first home on it. It ideally will be at least a 3-bedroom home with a garage. I have a budget of circa $300,000 for the build cost. I have found some plans I currently like and would like to keep the shape of these but am open to suggestions to make the most of the section. The draft plans that I have drawn up are attached below. Can you please touch on the following in your email. • Do you offer design services to complete the plans? • Would you be able to price on the competition of concept plans? • If you’re keen, when would you be able to start and complete the build?
