Investment Property Renovation

We require a qualified builder to renovate investment property in Gisborne. Need to replace doors x 3, reglaze windows, seal chimney, repair/replace some weather boards, replace a window frame and fix exterior deck where it has come away from the house. Also need interior and exterior painting and some roof work. We need to get the property to a rentable condition in a reasonable timeframe.
