Extension and Renovation - Hunua

Qualified carpenter and experienced hammer hands required to work on a 95sqm, 3 bedroom extension, and renovation of an existing home in Hunua. We expect the job will take just under six months. Project manager on-site looking for an experienced and qualified builder to take charge of all carpentry through to lockup stage of the new build and as well as the renovation of the existing state house. Including prep for new roofing and veranda and decking. Architectural and engineering plans already approved through Council. Wages paid weekly, all building materials supplied. Needing responsible workers prepared to work hard and produce a high standard of workmanship. $35-$55 per hour, depending on experience.
