Barn conversion in Hunua (including new troughs )

I am reaching out to discuss a potential project. We own a barn situated within some paddocks in Hunua, equipped with power, lighting, and stormwater tanks (with a pump and water filter). We want to update the barn to convert it into a habitable space for camping etc. Additionally, I am looking to connect the existing stormwater tanks to troughs located in the paddocks, and to build an animal shelter for ponies. Here is a brief overview of the proposed project: 1. Conversion of Stable into habitable space Building shower within existing stable room. Installation of basic rustic kitchenette with benchtop/sink and shelves. Installation of plumbing and hot water system to sinks/shower. Installation of a grey water system. Installation of toilet with black water system. Simple painting & decorating (interior whitewashing walls and epoxy flooring). 2. Construction of animal shelter and landscaping Construction of an animal shelter. Mulch footing with wooden edging. 3. Connection of Stormwater tanks to Troughs Connection of the tanks to: 2 x exterior taps and four troughs in the paddocks for water supply to livestock (2 existing; 2 new). I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide me with an estimate of costs and timings for the above, together with any recommendations you may have regarding the proposed project. Richard
