Back door replacement

Existing door to be removed. New door to be sized and installed. The new door needs approx 4mm removed from both height and width. I believe the new door is quite a bit heavier than the existing, so the door frame may need strengthening? I will provide a handle and lock, and take care of painting. I can purchase any other necessary parts such as hinges if you can advise what is needed. Must be experienced with this type of work, thanks.
