Gib or TG wall, floor repair, baluster thread, deck baluster repairs

I have some urgent jobs: 1. Need both sides of some stairs to be re-gibbed / or batoned (t&g). Used to have carpet lined on it but this has been pulled off and left holes and staples (see pic 1) 2. Install a thread for the balusters to join to (and carpet to run up to) along the length of the stair way (see pic 2) 3. FIll a hole where a plumbing pipe used to exit the house 4. Replace a section of partical board on the floor (where was previously a flood iand / or sand the floor (see pics) 5. Deck bannister balusters have been knocked out - need to be repaired/nailed back in A local within Franklin would be ideal ;).
