Rebuild existing three bay garage / shed

I have an existing 3 bay, timber poled and concrete floor shed. I want to remove the existing metal cladding and roof, frame the shed up with timber framing, reclad with corrugated iron, add insulation and line the inside with ply. Replace 2 of the existing rolladoors and frame up the third. I'd also like to add a small bathroom and kitchen. Have yet to obtain building consent.
