minor alterations to walls/ window frames - Creating a wardrobe in a bedroom - framing off existing wardrobe and creating cupboard entrance from opposite side - blocking off door and matching cladding (weatherboard) insulation/ gib install skirtings/ architraves A section of the house has been completely gutted and is getting insulated and relined (lounge, two bedrooms, bathroom & Laundry). Looking to make minor modifications to the walls as well as a false wall to recess the tv into. Once completed we will be moving in to the next part of the house where it is being gutted, minor modifications, insulated and relined. (Plumbing and electrical already accounted for. Majority of insulation for first portion on site already)
