Either quote for one or both jobs. Couple of jobs at a 1960's old Mill house; 1st: A few timber windows require repair. One window has some rot around the window & window sill.... Another has slight rot. Another needs reglasing as has a crack. 2nd: Fencing. Repair to fence. On a lean after storm... Not concreted in. Maybe repair exisiting fence or start again.... Depends on pricing. Need jobs done a.s.a.p...... Photo's avialable on request. Work days so will need to speak over phone to discuss. Karen
