Upgrades to Rental property

Hi, I need to have a number of upgrades done to my rental property in Kaitaia. Most urgent is to replace the windows in the lounge and repair any rot that is found in that area. I will then be moving on to replacing the other windows in the house as well over time and fixing any other rot issues that are found. I will need an initial measure-up of all the windows done so that I can have Elite Windows in Whangarei construct them. They will then be delivered to site for install. To make this even more complicated, I am currently overseas and only have access to email. I do have a Property Manager though who can organise access to the house.
