Cabin Foundation & Deck

i have a cabin being built onsite. it is a 10m*4m no power or plumbing. Need foundations put in the ground. Originally was going on concrete blocks however speaking with FNDC i can put in foundations without consent providing cabin has no kitchen or Bathroom/Toilet which it does not. There is no power on site. Once cabin is completed i will require a deck as well. And the dimensions for the deck are under 1.5m in height 15m long and 3m wide which requires no consent. Again checked with FNDC and MBIE. I will be looking for guidance with regards to this work. I would like construction for the foundations done before end of Feb and deck by end of March 2024. Quotes required
