Just wanting too know if this is the kinda work that you do. Do you do new homes. New brick home, I live out of town and shifting to Keri Keri so you would need you to arrange all subcontractors, I'm a carpenter and was self employed for 7 yrs, And have done joinery, And Aluminium for 11 years so am after good quality workmanship NOT shit, Due to health I can no longer build. Just a heads up I know a good Job and know what shit job is ...Yet to find a flat section in Keri Keri township. ( So if you know of any. ) I have sketches of what I want yet to get plans drawn up. Need the section first.. House size would be around 220 Sqm . Based on the Signature Homes floor plan of the Bream Bay but 3 Bedroom not 4, 1 lounge no family room Deleted Bedroom 3, ( Scully ) in the Kitchen . House, Garage 2.7 stud, Garage to be 1 car bay in width wider and Bedroom 3 added to the Garage also , Bath and Toilet in the same room. , bathroom an Ensuite to be total wet areas with walk in showers
