lots of small renovation jobs on my new home

plastering - ceiling and possibly walls depending on electrician plumbing fit 3 new taps, take out insinkerator, change plumbing under sink for new sink. fit 2 BTW toilets electrical remove and fit new hob and wall oven, take out bench top vent by hob. remove or replace wall lights, additional power points and update some switches, new covers for shower fan kits. replace kitchen and dining room lights. building work - drop height of breakfast bar ready for stone counter top build a deck cover for downstairs (may also inc more deck cover upstairs) stone top already purchased toilets and tapware too. mostly labour only but some goods need supplying & purchasing.
