Erect Kitset and decking

Erect used Kitset 6 x 6 garage and 3 x 3 kitset cabin and maybe decking. I'm looking at used dismantled kitsets for this. Seems a base would also need to be constructed for each (Wooden floors?) I haven't purchased the buildings yet (this will depend on builder response)
