I’m looking to build a house that wraps around a covered deck area with the master bedroom at the top end. Down one side of the deck 3 full bedrooms with built in wardrobes. The other side with a lounge, kitchen and full bathroom and shared laundry. Deck- approx 16m x 4m 3 bedrooms- approx 10m x 4.5m Lounge/kitchen/bathroom- approx 11m x 4.5m I’m looking to add fencing for half acre and concrete courtyard. Possibly looking to add a garage if funds allow us to. Please can I get rough cost estimates
