New house build in Paihia

Hi Folks I have a section in Paihia, Bay of Islands, plans drawn up for a new build and just obtained FNDC resource consent for two dwellings. We're well underway with final detailing, engineering and hope to get all building consents and permits in place before year end, and be ready to roll in new year. Both dwellings are three bed, two bath, concrete block work for ground level, and pre-fabricated steel framing for flooring, walls and roofing clad in Cedar and Hardies Axion weatherboard on an engineered concrete slab The upper levels are being supplied as a complete kit set to a lockable shell stage. Needs assembly, plumbing, electrical, insulation and final finishing. Have council approved concept plans available to gauge scope of work Anybody keen?
