Ground floor

We will be getting a new Keith Hay home put on 2.7m poles. House will be designed ready to cut out an area of the dining room for internal stairs. We want a lower floor "created" - concrete floor, bathroom/laundry area, internal stairs put in, and cladding/windows/garage door. More a shell of a lower floor - the only room necessary will be the bathroom/laundry. This will need shower, small tub, toilet and basin. The house is approximately 90sqm. It is generally rectangular (6.6 x 12.8) shaped, with 2 areas pushed out to the soffit. One is 3m in length and the other 2.5.m and we'd need to carry that shape down to the ground floor too. Top floor is linear weatherboard. Bottom floor could be board and batten.
