bathroom fixup

A builder nailed 50x10mm skirting board installed as the bath flashback/surround. This is rotting and cause of the leak that's happening. The shower mixer was checked by a plumber and no leaks found. This problem has been there now for about 6 months and I believe its not getting any better. Hopefully the pictures can give you an idea of what need to be done. This is a rental property
