Internal framing within a tilt-slab commercial building

We require a qualified builder to construct internal walls in a concrete tilt-slab commercial building. It would include a mezzanine floor and also installing aluminum joinery for the front entrance. It would be lined with gib and also triboard in some areas. Would include gib stopping but not painting. Organising basic electrical and some basic plumbing also included.
