Solid plastering the south wall

We were modifying a toilet and discovered rot. We have a builder to do the carpentry but need a solid plasterer to repair the whole wall of plaster/stucco. Wall is 7 metres long and is a gable end. max height is 3.5 metres from 2.9 at outer edges.there are 3 windows.
