Reinstate Internal Bedroom wall

Hi there, I would like an internal wall that is non load bearing in my rental property reinstated. The property is a freestanding 1930s brick 2 bedroom, that was originally 3 bedrooms, however one wall was opened up as a lounge extension. I would like the original wall reinstated to create a third bedroom. Could someone please give me a quote estimate on this?
