Attaching suspended acoustic sound panels to 4m high ceiling

We need holes drilled into a 4m high concrete ceiling and acoustic sound panels attached to the ceiling by suspension kit. Sound panels and suspension kits provided. This is a concrete room and we are wanting to reduce the floor to ceiling echo. As the ceiling is 4m high an extra tall ladder is required, which we are having trouble obtaining. We would like this completed as soon as possible, for a non-profit organisation.
