I have a prefab sleepout coming. It comes with directions etc but a builder with experience and the right tools is needed to put it together. Will have beam foundations that need to be level on the sloping concrete pad for skids to sit on and the sleepout itself needs assembling. I will be there to assist with the work. It’s expected to take 4 days to do.
