LBP required to remove walls, install beams, and re-GIB

Building consent has been issued to remove a couple of walls, and install two beams. Also on the consent is the installation of bedroom built in wardrobe. Initially require all building work on consent to be completed, and council inspection passed, then will work with builder to complete some non structural building work (GIB replacement ect). Will pay c --- and would prefer c@sh hourly rate so that additional building tasks during the renovation can be negotiated between us.
