We are looking for a quote to replace the exterior shiplap cladding on the front of our house, along with a few sections along the side of the house. The cladding would need to be removed and then replaced. We are also looking to have the aluminum garage door removed and replaced with a two door entrance in the same cladding. We would like the cladding to run vertically all the way down the exterior to give it a consistent look. We would also look to consider the option of having the same cladding build underneath the small deck (so it creates a little storage shed for us to store our wheelie bins in). Disabling power would be needed as our powerlines run into the section which needs replacing. In terms of materials - we are looking for timber suggestions. I like grey cedar, but we are open to feedback on this. It will need to be a durable material which can handle the sun. I've attached an example of the type of cedar I like and the tone I'd be looking for. We would also like to replace our front fence. Timeframes - we would like to get this underway as soon as possible.
